Linking fields

Sometimes individual fields are related to each other in some way. For example, a particular person has the same phone number, email address, home address, and so forth. You can create fields for name, phone, address and so forth and then link these fields so that FormsAssistant automatically recognizes the relationship between fields. After you enter the value of one linked field, FormsAssistant fills in the remaining linked fields, greatly speeding the form completion process.

If you have turned on the "Advance" features on the Operation tab, you will need to return to the field just entered to use the linking feature.
