Multi-line values

You can create multi-line values for Field names, if this is more logical for your purposes. For example, your company address is unlikely to change, so you might want to include your company name, street address, city, state, and zip code under one Field name instead of individual fields. Follow these steps to create a multi-line value.

1.	In the Fields list, click the ellipses button located on the value column.

2.	Enter the value, pressing the ENTER key at the end of each line.

3.	Click Save when you are done.

Note:

If you press ENTER and no text is on that line, FormsAssistant places a blank line in your value.
