A form model is any type of Word document that contains fields of variable information, or values, and which is meant to be reused. You can create any number of form models and then save or protect them for future use. Form A form is the form model which you are currently using. For example, say you have created a contract form model. When you want to create a new contract, you open the form model for the contract, save the form with a new name, and enter new values into the form. See also: |
