Creating presentation models

You create presentation models using Microsoft PowerPoint. To create a presentation model, follow these steps:

1. In Microsoft PowerPoint, open an existing presentation that you want to use as a presentation, or create a new presentation.
2. Save the presentation with a meaningful name.
3. Enter text into the presentation just as you would any other PowerPoint presentation.
4. In the places where variable information is entered, insert field names using square brackets to identify the field. For example, [name], [address], and so forth.
5. If you want, you can use PowerPoint's highlighting tool to identify the fields in the text.
6. Save the presentation as a PowerPoint template or protect it with PowerForms, so you can reuse it.
