You create presentation models using Microsoft PowerPoint. To create a presentation model, follow these steps:
| 1. | In Microsoft PowerPoint, open an existing presentation that you want to use as a presentation, or create a new presentation. |
| 2. | Save the presentation with a meaningful name. |
| 3. | Enter text into the presentation just as you would any other PowerPoint presentation. |
| 4. | In the places where variable information is entered, insert field names using square brackets to identify the field. For example, [name], [address], and so forth. |
| 5. | If you want, you can use PowerPoint's highlighting tool to identify the fields in the text. |
