Fields list

You assign values in the Fields list to the different fields contained on the presentation presentation. The Fields list contains the following columns:

Column

Description

Order (#)

Contains the order number of the first appearance of each field within the presentation.

Field

Contains the field name of each field.

Value

Contains the current value of each field. The ellipses button allows you to edit multi-line values.

Count

Contains the number of occurrences of each field in the presentation.

Sorting columns

By default, the Field list is sorted by the order of appearance of fields within the presentation. You may re-order the fields by clicking on Order or Field. In addition, you can sort in either ascending or descending order by clicking the column name again.
