The following steps are general procedures. Details are provided elsewhere in this Help file.
To create a presentation
| 1. | Open a PowerPoint presentation or template. |
| 2. | Add or remove fields, as necessary, using square brackets to surround the field name. For example, [lastname]. |
| 3. | Save the presentation as a regular PowerPoint presentation or as a template. |
To fill in a presentation
| 1. | Open the presentation, or PowerPoint presentation. |
| 2. | In PowerPoint 2007, click the PowerForms tab to display the PowerForms toolbar. In PowerPoint 2000, XP or 2003, open the toolbar according to the steps in Restoring the toolbar, if necessary. |
| 3. | Click the PowerForms button, , to open the Main window. |
| 4. | Fill in the presentation by scrolling through the Fields list and entering the appropriate information in the corresponding Values column. |
| 5. | When you finish filling in the presentation, click Process on the PowerForms toolbar. |
| 6. | Save the presentation. |
