Inserting a field from the Fields and Clips window

To open the Fields and Clips window, in PowerPoint click the PowerForms tab and then click Fields and Clips on the PowerForms toolbar.

To insert a field into the PowerPoint presentation

1.Open a new or existing PowerPoint presentation.
2.Position your mouse pointer inside a text frame in the location where you want the field to appear.
3.On the Fields pane, highlight the field you want to insert.
4.Click the Ins[ert] field icon, InsField. Alternatively, you can double-click the field to place it on the page.

If you did not place your cursor inside a text frame on the step 2. above, PowerForms will create a new text frame containing the selected field.
