The Preview pane fields update to show the new values when you move to a different field using the keyboard UP and DOWN arrow keys or when you press the ENTER key.
You can also opt to advance to the next field when you press ENTER on your keyboard or after selecting a Clip. Use the Operation tab of the Configuration dialog box to indicate whether to advance, or move to, the next field when you press the ENTER key or when you select a value from the Clips list.
To enable advance options
| 1. | Click the Configure button on PowerPoint's PowerForms toolbar. |
| 2. | Click the Operation tab. |
| 3. | In the Main window area, check the Advance Field on 'ENTER' checkbox and the Advance Field on Clips click checkbox. |
To disable advance options
| 1. | Click the Configure button on PowerPoint's PowerForms toolbar. |
| 2. | Click the Operation tab. |
| 3. | In the Main window area, clear the Advance Field on 'ENTER' checkbox and the Advance Field on Clips click checkbox. |
| Note: | You may disable one or both options. |
