Description

Remove highlights on template variables.

Check this box to remove highlights you applied using PowerPoint. PowerForms removes the highlights when you Process the file.

Advance Field on 'ENTER'.

Check this box to move to the next field when you press ENTER.

Advance Field on Clips click.

Check this box to move to the next field after selecting from the Clips list.

Insert linked values only on fields that have not been edited.

If prior to clicking on the Linked button you have changed the default value of one of the linked fields, the value won't be overwritten with the linked value.

Insert linked values only on the same link group.

If a presentation uses the same field name but it is not in the same link group, the number after the asterisk, *, the linked value will not be used.

Fields and Clips window area options

Description

Start monitoring clipboard immediately.

When you click on the "clipboard" button, PowerForms can either insert the current contents or the clipboard or not.

Ask for 'Field' if no selection on PowerPoint.

Opens a dialog box so you can name the new field.

If not selected, PowerForms will either ignore your request or ask for a new field name so it can be entered into the list.

Ask for 'Clip' if no selection on PowerPoint.

Opens a dialog box so you can enter the new clip.

If not selected, PowerForms will either ignore your request or ask for a new value, or clip, to be entered for the appropriate field.

Confirm 'Clip' deletion.

Ensures that you are prompted to confirm the deletion. If not selected, the deletion is immediate and permanent.
