To open the Fields and Clips window, in PowerPoint click the PowerForms tab and then click Fields and Clips on the PowerForms toolbar.
By default, the PowerPoint presentation occupies the left side of your monitor's screen, and the Fields and Clips window occupies the right side.
To reposition the entire window
| 1. | Click the To left button,  , at the top of the Fields and Clips window. |
| Note: | This buttons becomes To right, so you can return to the default position. |
To view only the Fields pane
| 1. | Click the down (right) arrow on the up-down control,  . |
To view only the Clips pane
| 1. | Click the up (left) arrow on the up-down control, . |
To restore the view
| 1. | Click the up-down control again. |
