Resetting the database size

To keep the database that stores values from becoming too large, you can define the maximum number of items to keep or the maximum number of days to keep the items.

1.	Click the Configure button on PowerPoint's PowerForms toolbar.

2.	Click the Database tab.

3.	In the Limit database size options, do one of the following:

•	Click Maximum items and enter the number of items to keep.

•	Click Maximum days to keep items and enter the number of days.

Note:

In either case, the oldest items, that is, the ones that haven't been used in a while, will be deleted first.
